During the Covid19 lockdown, Ecole Athénée could no longer provide in-person classes to students. An IT specialist had tried to deploy MS Teams for this school but it was not working properly, so Ecole Athénée contacted me to reconfigure Teams for the school and deploy it to all students.
To do this, I had to regain control of the school’s tenant and reconfigure Teams. I then obtained the licenses provided by Microsoft in this complex health context and deployed them to all students. Next, I trained the principal who was then able to pass on the necessary information to the students.
