Install Fedora WSL on Windows - Fedora Remix
Fedora Remix for WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) is a Linux distribution that allows you to run Fedora on a Windows system. Here is a quick guide to install it.
Installation Steps
Open PowerShell as Administrator: Search for “PowerShell” in the Start menu, right-click, and select “Run as administrator”.
Install Fedora Remix for WSL: Run the following command in PowerShell:
winget install -e --id whitewaterfoundry.fedora-remix-for-wsl
Launch Fedora Remix: Once the installation is complete, you can launch Fedora Remix by searching for “Fedora Remix” in the Start menu or by running
fedora-remixin PowerShell.Configure Fedora Remix: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup of Fedora Remix.
